No. NAIA isn't a shop. We recommend pieces from retailers you already know and link you directly to them. When you buy, you buy at the retailer's price, on their site. We never touch your payment, and we don't hold inventory.
NAIA helps you decide, the retailer handles the rest. When you click through to buy, your purchase is directly with the retailer. That means delivery, tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and any other order-related questions are handled by them, according to their own policies. For anything after checkout, please contact the retailer directly through the details on their site.
Your images are used only to find matching outfits for you and to improve how NAIA understands style. They aren't sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@naia.care. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Not to try NAIA, you can upload a look and see results without signing up. To save outfits, follow curators, or receive personalized picks, you'll need to create a free account when full access opens.
NAIA searches across a curated selection of trusted European retailers, spanning price points from accessible to premium. The list grows as new partners join. Every retailer is chosen for reliability, product quality, and clear shipping and return policies within Europe.
Yes. NAIA is free for you to use. When a purchase is made through one of our links, we may receive a small commission from the retailer, but this never affects the price you pay.
NAIA is currently in early access. The full public launch is scheduled for early 2027. Waitlist members receive priority access and are the first to try new features. Sign up at the top of the page to be included.
